Spring storm season is here! We have put together a few tips to consider as you prepare for inclement weather.

If your internet is impacted due to weather – here is some additional information for trouble reporting and outage restoration.

- Our Network Operations Center actively monitors weather conditions and network performance 24/7. When severe storms move through, outages can happen, but there are a few important things to keep in mind:
- When there are power outages, we must wait until those are resolved before we can begin analyzing and making repairs to restore internet service.
- Crews cannot climb towers during high winds or active storms.
- The amount of damage on the ground can impact how quickly we can dispatch crews to make repairs. We constantly assess conditions and routes, and we closely monitor so that our teams can safely travel to sites.
We know how important it is to stay connected, and our crews are ready to respond as quickly and safely as possible once conditions allow.
